前接紙平臺(tái)采用氣動(dòng)升降結(jié)構(gòu),。 平臺(tái)升降采用液壓系統(tǒng)控制,，結(jié)構(gòu)可靠，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,。
清廢機(jī)前端配有中壓風(fēng)機(jī),，達(dá)到清廢效果的同時(shí)，使紙板能貼緊輸送皮帶平穩(wěn)輸送,。 可適應(yīng)一開二,、一開三的生產(chǎn)需求。
每個(gè)震蕩清廢結(jié)構(gòu)由獨(dú)立電機(jī)傳動(dòng),，通過不同的抖動(dòng)頻率可實(shí)現(xiàn)更好的清廢效果,。 疊紙架可根據(jù)不同需求來實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)與手動(dòng)兩種操作模式，前端接紙平臺(tái)采用氣動(dòng)升降結(jié)構(gòu),，方便前端印刷機(jī)拆裝模板,。
抖動(dòng)皮帶采用進(jìn)口圓柱形高彈性皮帶，不易損傷紙板,。 前端接紙配有壓條壓紙機(jī)構(gòu),，使紙板在移動(dòng)的過程中更平穩(wěn)；后端配有太陽輪壓紙機(jī)構(gòu),，使紙板水平下落,。
帶有半圓槽的圓柱形皮帶軸可隨意調(diào)整皮帶位置，適應(yīng)各種異形紙板的生產(chǎn)需求,，實(shí)現(xiàn)一開二,、一開三的紙板分流。 后接紙擋板可根據(jù)紙板的長(zhǎng)度,，由手輪調(diào)節(jié)前后距離,，從而適應(yīng)不同形狀的紙板堆疊。
清廢機(jī)后端設(shè)有強(qiáng)力風(fēng)機(jī)和毛刷裝置，使抖動(dòng)起來的廢紙從紙板上落下,，以達(dá)到清廢的最佳效果,。
